Retention Schedule


Your images will be stored by us for six years from the last date they were justifiably accessed, after that time they will be destroyed along with any relevant personal data held about you. Images will initially be available directly via our website buy after a period of time they will be moved to a long term secure archive system where they are accessible upon request.
